1. I thought about just cutting and pasting an old post, from one of the last three times the GOP tried to repeal Obamacare, but it's probably just as easy to write a new one.

Here's the link.  You know what to do.  Actually, I'm not sure how worthwhile it is to call Democratic Senators, but I'll probably let our two know.  But, absolutely, if you have a GOP house member, let them know.  The deadline is September 30 to get this passed, so I'm sure your fist-shaking with the left hand while calling with the right will put them into the right mood.

2. The GOP wants to get rid of blue slips to get its nominees onto the courts.  This is a bad deal; it would mean that the judge from with Senator Franken just withheld his blue slip from right-winger Judge David Stras.  The GOP Senate is ready to put a stop to that.  Let's not let them.
