1. We need to make a lot of political hay about Kavanaugh's Supreme court appointment. Senators Feinstein, Leahy and Durbin "emphasize the fact that documents that are currently 'committee confidential' contain information indicating that Kavanaugh misled the Senate during his 2006 nomination hearing."

2. November 6, 2018. Democrats have better than even odds of flipping the House, worse than even odds of flipping the Senate, and no guarantee of doing either. We'll highlight different things with different updates each day, but don't forget about the Minnesota political contribution refund. You can give to the DFL or to individual state-level candidates, $50 for an individual or $100 for a married couple and receive a full refund. Just request a receipt when you donate.
